Dog-A-Thon 2011

I did the Dog-A-Thon again this year.  It's the Humane Society's Walk for Homeless Pets.
 My bestest bud, Memphis, also did it!
Here we are, modeling this year's stylish bandana:


Doing the "Long" walk:

 Whew!  Pretty warm for 10:00 am! 
I think you can measure the temperature by the length of Memphis' tongue!
Hmm.... about 75 degrees. 

This is like AFRICA hot!!!!!....
...Ok, probably not.
But it sure felt warm to us! But, because it was for a good cause, we were willing to walk the 200 miles (ok...maybe 2) through Death Valley (I mean, the Pacific Northwest).

    We saw a lot of Ridgebacks at Marymoor this weekened! made me think of you!

    That looks like great fun! And I like that your bipeds are carrying water for you. My mom has a canteen Dave and I have her tote for us!
