Wordless Wednesday

(err...  make that wordless last 2 weeks.  Mom promised to let me blog more, starting today since we've gotten back into our routine.)

Dad's day

First of all, I need to apologize for not blogging more in the past week.  But we've had company from Pencil-vain-yah(!), so I've been busy trying to keep them busy. 

Today, for dad's day, they had a lot of good smelling grilled food (salmon and chicken).  I tried to snag some scraps under the table:

Mom got mad cuz I stole a salmon skin off the garbage cuz they give me, as Frankie puts it, "but barkers."

I was even nice to the katz during their visit:

Separation Anxiety

...I think that's what mom has.  I got to stay overnight at the play-all-day place last night and then play all day today.  It was the first time mom slept without me in the same room.  I guess she had a hard time of it and was worried about me and couldn't sleep.  But I was fine (it was actually a blast) and, when she picked me up today,

I didn't really want to leave. 

Next time I stay somewhere I'll let her sleep in my crate so she doesn't freak out so bad.

Soggy Sunday

We went back to the typical weather we've been having lately...dreary and drizzly.  We went to meet up with Memphis this morning, which was still fun despite the wetness.  Later, after the rain let up a bit, me, mom, and dad went for a walk. 

We have a full day with our usual visits to the dog park, my doc, and my nail person. 

Hopefully, the sun will come back tomorrow!

A BEE-U-TEE-FULL DAY!!!

Woke up this morning and the sun was shining, birds were singing, and the best thing of all was....NO RAIN!

So, we headed out to meet up with my furriends for some running and wrestling.

Here's a glimpse of how me and Memphis play.  We'll usually do this for a good hour:

With it being such a great day, I'm sure we'll get out again.  But, before that, I must get my beauty rest!

Flashback Furrriday!!!

So I just got bed number, ummm..., 9 I think.

It's actually for outside on the deck, but, until it stops raining (if ever!!), I'm using it inside for extra cushioning.

I'm proud to say that I haven't destroyed ANY of my beds.  I guess I'm just loved a lot (or they want me to sleep alot)..

Wordless Wednesday

My First Trip to the Big City

Amazingly enough, the sun came out yesterday afternoon.  So we decided to head up to the Seattle waterfront.

Then we decided to check out one of Darwin's favorite spots, called

 Norm's Eatery & Alehouse. 

Mom and dad got to enjoy a 'refreshing adult beverage,' while I got to meet some new furriends and chew on a bully stick. 

Dad said he was really surprised at how well I did on my first visit there...and with even being so close to some other dogs.  But, after all that walking and chillin' at Norm's, plus playing with Memphis all morning, I was pooped out and slept all the way home.

I can't wait for more adventures in the city!
