Camping Adventure, part II

After dad finished building our new house, we set out on a little walk.
(this isn't our house, it's the Ranger's house)

It was sunny and beautiful out...but pretty chilly.

When we got back, dad surprised me again.
I didn't realized he brought the dragon with us!

Dad warmed up by the dragon while I continued marking all the trees
...and ferns....and rocks...

Me and dad relaxing in the warm trailer after breakfast.

I have to admit, I had a pretty cool time out there in the wilderness.
I'll definitely need to train more for the next adventure.
I was too pooped to pee any more!

A New Camping Adventure!

Mom and dad decided to take me on an adventure the other weekend.
They loaded me into the truck and I fell fast asleep, as usual.

Every time I looked behind us, this weird thing was right on our tail!

Then we finally came to a stop in a bunch of trees and dad set out to build us a house.

...and in less than a minute...

...he built us a house!

Tah Dah!
...and you know it must've been quick cuz I don't stand in one place for very long!

Wow!  It's gonna take me the whole weekend to mark all these trees!

 Guess I better get started!

Stay tuned for part II of the camping adventure!

Play date with my Sis!

I got a surprise yesterday after my MMA practice with Memphis...
my sis, Nala, showed up.

We ran around a lot and were very fast, so mom had problems getting good photos.

It was lots of fun to see her again, since it's been a year.   Look at us when we first met:
I thought she was HUGE!!
But now, I'm as big as she is!!
She turns 5 in a month.  Hopefully I'll be able to see her again soon.

So much to catch up, so little time...

Hi everyone!!!
I've got grrrreat news!!

I met up with the holistic doc a couple weeks ago.  She was very cool.
Mom was amazed at how mellow I was with her.  But there was something about her that just made me feel so relaxed and calm.  I even laid down a couple times while she was examining me.  Mom was so shocked she took a picture:
The doc did some testing for food sensitivity/allergies and found out I can't have:
Chicken (except eggs)
beef (boo!)
dairy (double boo!)
grains

That means no more cottage cheese (which I love) and no more Merrick flossies.
The doc gave me some herbs to take and told mom to keep giving me my digestive enzymes before every meal along with marshmallow root and a calmag supplement.  She also gave mom a recipe for new homecooked meals (turkey and veggies) for me in addition to my Orijen 6-fish kibble.

The super good news is that my poop is hard, like it should be, and I feel a lot better.  So, although mom now has to cook 35 cups of food a week, she is very happy that we have been able to manage my inflammatory bowel disease without ANY medications!

So, now that I'm feeling totally grrrreat, I will be blogging more.
Tomorrow, I'll have a few pictures of me and my sis, Nala, at our play date today.

Happy last day of February!!!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hope you all get extra smooches from your hoomans today!
Here's some quick photos from Darwin's bday pawty yesterday:

The Birthday Diva:

Awww.  The love birds reunite:

Waiting for the cupcakes!!

Stay tuned for more photos of the pawty.  I'm sure Darwin's mom will also have photos on her blog.
Mom says we have to rush out this morning to my doc for my weigh-in, then a bunch of other errands.
Tomorrow, I go see the holistic doc.  I'm a little nervous, but Darwin likes her, so I'm sure it will go fine.
